Flexible funds is funds in flexible state, which can be withdrawn or quantitative orders execute.  If the flexible funds are used to execute quantitative orders on the same day, the used part of the funds will be temporarily counted as funds to be release.  When the system settlement time (GMT-8) is 24:00 in Colorado, USA, it will immediately become flexible funds

There is a flexible fund of $1000 in an account. If $400 is used to executed quantitative order on the day, $400 will be displayed in the column of funds to be released, and the unused $600 will still be displayed in the column of flexible funds can use for withdrawal or quantitative order execution
