Funds to be released are funds in the state of waiting to be released, which cannot be used for withdrawing temporarily and can only be used for the execution of quantitative orders.  Each newly added fund must go through the 72-hour fund review mechanism to change from the state of waiting to be released to the state of flexible funds

The new added $1,000 deposit funds will first be displayed in the column of funds to be released, but can still be used to execute quantitative orders.  When the audit is satisfied for 72 hours, the state will be changed from the state of waiting for release to the state of flexible funds

All the money from the new income can only be used to withdraw money or execute quantitative orders after being converted into flexible funds
